Post-tensioning

Since 2005 we have also been building post-tensioned cast in situ concrete structures in the Estonian market. Post-tensioned structures have more advantages when compared with ordinary reinforced concrete – longer spans, thinner structures, watertight quality, etc.
We have completed several PT-projects – parking garages at Jõe 4a and Pärnu mnt 158 in Tallinn and Tigutorn’s (Snail Tower’s) parking lot in Tartu.

In 2008 we completed the works of the biggest Estonian office building (Tammsaare Business Centre) where the post-tensioned slabs were used.
